Tech support information for downloading plug-ins that will ensure your optimal viewing of this website.
To install the free plug-ins: Adobe Acrobat Reader, Shockwave/Flash and RealAudio, click the icons below for download instructions. For most plug-ins, you will be asked to fill out a form, which may ask for your name, email address, platform, connection speed and other information.
After downloading most plug-ins, you must quit your browser (e.g. Netscape Navigator or Internet Explorer) and install the plug-in. Then, re-load your browser. Plug-ins are loaded when the browser is launched.

Macromedia offers you the latest version of the Flash Player and Shockwave Player, "plug-ins" which allow you to view content on the web.

ACROBAT READER Adobe offers the latest version of the Adobe Acrobat Reader, a "plug-in" which enables you to view pdf-formatted files. Be sure to find the freeReader unless you want more advanced features for which you pay.
